We like everything about the Holiday Inn Express in Naples. It surpassed my expectations on everything. It has a nice and modern decoration. Since you enter, it gives you a pleasant feeling and ambience. It’s clean and well maintained. It has coin laundry available. This was fantastic since we were traveling light and gave us the opportunity to wash and re-use much needed clothes. With the hot and the humid weather, you really want to use fresh clothes. Plus the beach clothes seem to never dry, so the laundry was a great help to pack back dry clothes. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill your needs, and with a smile in their face. One night I wanted a red tea that they had the night before, and even though was very late, they went to get that particular flavor and made sure I had the hot water. The cleaning staff was very attentive to replace my towels for fresh ones when I requested it. They even offered umbrellas and beach chairs for the beach! I’d definitely came back and recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express in Naples.

Our room had a large rollout desk and chair which was perfect for spreading out paperwork and doing some work. The city view was pleasant overlooking the pool area, and the complimentary breakfast was a very nice surprise of very fresh items, including yogurt and fruits, fresh bagels, toast, and pastries, and the hot items were perfect. breakfast area was continuously kept in a clean state. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

The common areas of the hotel are a little outdated but it smells fresh and clean -no musty odor which was very refreshing The room was immaculate with lots of towels, pillows, and comfortable beds The decor of the rooms themselves is more modern and very nice, with a little fridge and even a microwave in the room Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast with lots of hot and cold options Location is just a 15 min walk from the Naples hot spot and also a quick ride to beaches

From the comfortable bed, Dove product toiletries, black out shades, and an outstanding free buffet breakfast, I was thrilled. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Naples!
